ISpeak is designed to break the silence and fear of speaking, acting, singing, and dancing. Its goals are to give girls the platform to speak out and be heard. ISpeak will be utilized as a tool for motivating and inspiring girls who are a part of Healing Scars. It allows healing to take place and to encourage others so that chains of bondage can be broken off their life.
Because the Arts demands one to use their entire brain and body, this program will provide a healthy structure for young girls and young women to begin accessing complicated emotions. It will allow them to no longer be ashamed or afraid. It is designed to boost their confidence and self-esteem. ISpeak encourage positive self-expression, creative thinking, and will help young girls cultivate social and leadership skills.
